The participant hereby agrees that Geistlich Pharma AG is permitted to upload his/her portrait picture with name and entry from the categories "Your best publication", "Your best clinical case" and “Your inspiring statement" on the homepage www.geistlich-key2success.com under the heading “Wall of Fame“.
By submitting his/her entry (photo, texts, further files), the participant confirms that he/she holds unrestricted intellectual property rights herein. The participant grants Geistlich Pharma AG the temporally unlimited, transferable, gratuitous and worldwide licence to use, to copy and to publicly distribute (e.g. through the Internet, print etc.) these data for advertising and other purposes within the scope of the Key to Success forum. The participant confirms holding the authority to grant this license.
It is not permitted to upload contents (by way of text, images, graphical representations, audio files or other means) that violate the rights of third parties (e.g. trademark rights, trade secrets, intellectual property rights, patient secrets, other ownership rights). The participant guarantees the legality of his/her entries. Contents with abusive, defamatory or illegal material are not permitted.
Geistlich Pharma AG reserves the right to not release contents or to remove them, as appropriate.
The participant has the right to demand deletion of his/her data.
Geistlich Pharma AG is permitted to store and use the personal data and entries from category "Your best publication", category "Your best clinical case" and category “Your inspiring statement" for marketing purposes. Geistlich Pharma AG is also permitted and the participant explicitly gives his/her consent to send these personal data and further contents abroad for this purpose. By participating, the participant consents that he/she may be contacted by Geistlich Pharma (incl. Geistlich Pharma AG subsidiaries and dealers) with regard to his/her participation.
Geistlich Pharma AG shall not use the addresses collected to send the participants newsletters or advertising.
