28- year-old male patient, lost tooth #21 due to trauma. Extraction was preformed 3 months ago. The patient wanted a fixed prosthodontic solution in the form of a dental implant.
Digital photography were taken to show the bone defect.
The flap was elevated, the bone defect were confirmed as in CBCT. Then an osteotomy was performed to place the dental implant. A screw-shaped implant, 4.3mm in diameter and 13mm long, was placed in the position.
Contour of the buccal soft tissue was improved after 6 months.
Definitive restoration was manufactured with zirconia abutment and crown.
