Clinical case description:
Patient presented with hopeless mobile upper right deciduous tooth. Patient is congenitally missing tooth #4.
She does not want to touch tooth #3 and 6, and does not want a removable denture; thus, implant therapy was planned for this case.
Sinus floor augmentation performed to gain vertical bone height for the implant placement. Mixture of Geistlich Bio-Oss® and scraped native bone with platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) were used for the procedure.
Implant placed 7 months after sinus floor augmentation. Implant will be restored soon. (2 months healing after implant placement)
