Clinical case description:

Female patient was missing her upper right teeth. Through X-ray examination, her maxillary sinus cavity was too large, the vertical bone was deficiency. Her missing teeth were treated with bone augmentation techniques--sinus floor elevation (with Geistlich Bio-Oss®).Postoperative X-ray showed that the implantation position were ideal, no discomfort. After Six months, the model was made to complete final restoration.
