Pre-surgery : Miller class I, II, III recessions from teeth 15 to 25, thin biotype, non smoker patient
Surgery : Coronally advanced flap with papillary rotation from 16 to 12 and 22 to 26, modified tunnel technique from 12 to 22 - Geistlich Mucograft® 20 X 30 mm sliced in 3 pieces of 7 X 30 mm
Surgery : Suturing the 3 Geistlich Mucograft® pieces from 16 to 11, 12 to 22, 22 to 26
Surgery : Mattress sutures and suspended sutures
15 days post-surgery, sutures removal : a slight bleeding is observed when a little tension is present by removing sutures
3 years post-surgery : the partial root coverage is stable, with a very slight soft tissue thickening. Satisfying esthetic result.
