Clinical case description:

The patient suffered a trauma in the central incisor with a complete root fracture. The tooth was extracted with an atraumatic technique and the alveolus prepared. The narrow diameter morse tapered implant was placed in the palatal wall of the alveolus with high primary stability and the gap between the implant and bucal plate was filled with Geistlich Bio-Oss® Collagen. A provisional crown was connected to the implant. After the 2 months healing period the final restoration was finished and followed for 2 years.
