52 years old female patient, non smoker with optimal health conditions, has expressed slight mobility on crown over natural tooth nr 12, after eating and experienced bad smell in the mouth during 3 weeks. Tooth nr 12 has been probed clinically and CBCT aid confirm: Dx: longitudinal fracture treatment plan: extraction - ridge preservation - provisional (flipper)- implant placement - final restoration + follow up
