Clinical case description:

A 38 year-old male patient, lost his anterior maxillary teeth ten days ago. The alveolar bone was atrophy. On the top of the palatal side of maxillary left middle incisors performed transverse incision, full-thickness flap, revealing the operative area. Implanted implantation, and then implant autogenous bone at bone defects area. Then covered Geistlich Bio-Oss®(0.25g) on autogenous bone. After 6 months, make permanent crown to restore the teeth. It was no bone absorption.
